Regional Call Router & Single Site Interconnect

The Regional Control Processor is used to connect together up to 10 sites to form a regional coverage network. The RCP performs all the Inter-site call set-up management tasks, including PSTN, PABX's and hardwired dispatchers (MHD).

Single site Interconnect

The (SSIU) is a low cost cut down version of the RCP and allows connection of a site to the PSTN or PABX. Ports to attach an MHD and the system control terminal are included. Message Handling Dispatcher

The Message handling dispatcher operates as fixed dispatcher terminal for an entire region.
An external audio unit is also required to route the audio to the operators headset.

The terminal operates a stacking system, that displays call requests as they are propagated through the network. Calls of a higher importance are displayed using different colours. The operator may initiate calls based on the request stack or a selected radio unit. Any status or short data message calls will be displayed on the terminal as a text message.

Each region provides a connection point for one dispatcher terminal.
The use of an MHD Concentrator will allow 16 terminals to be connected to a single port without any impact on performance.

Inter-Regional Processor
The Inter-Regional Processor is used to connect up to 16 regions to form very large networks.
Communication with each regions Regional Control Processor can be at either 9600 or 19200 Baud.
The Inter-Regional processor is based upon an industrial PC platform. A silicon ram disk replaces the hard disk to ensure high reliability + very high speed.

AUTOMATIC VEHICLE LOCATION:

Sophisticated GPS circuitry interfacing with multiple carriers handling transmission over MPT 1327. PMR and Packet Data can provide on demand monitoring of vehicle location, movement, distance, time, speed and vehicle switch conditions e.g. hazard lights and ignition position. Combining INCA with Co-ordinator creates the most comprehensive asset location and tracking solution available.
